We have been using Delta 8 gummies for some time now. We cut in them into quarters for easy micro dosing throughout the day. We’ve tried others but the 8’s work well for us. We have recommended many times.

I purchased this to help me sleep better. Prior to using these gummies, I would get only 4 - 5 hours maximum. Now I'm able to sleep 7 - 8 hours. I've had to experiment to get the right dosage, which for me is 1/4 to 1/2 a gummy.

It seems to be working.
