Helps me sleep through the night. If I wake up I easily fall back asleep. Without it if I wake in the night, I may lay awake for an hour or more. Good stuff!
Works very well for calming me and reducing my pain. Easy to cut if you want a smaller dose. I also mix them with Delta 8 together they help me sleep, I take them about 90 minutes before going to bed. 25mg each works for me.

Last year I had purchased Cheef's 15mg Delta 9 THC + Live Resin gummie cubes and they were great. In the interim I tried Delta 9 gummies from other producers which were fine but didn't match my experience with Cheef's. Recently I wanted to re-order the Live Resin gummies from Cheef but they were out of stock, so chose the basic 15mg Delta9 THC gummies instead. Tried two so far and they have been a disappointment. I barely notice any effect from these, they lack the potency of the Live Resin version. Makes me wonder if these are mislabeled Delta 8 or far less than 15 mg Delta 9.
I thought this is the best variety of THCa flowers I've tried so far. Smooth herbacious taste, good medical type, puts a spring in my step without head-banging.
This CBD Oil does appear to help with sensory overstimulation complaints, which I've taken in the past from other brands. Next I'm interested in what gummies Cheef Botanicals has available. I am a neuroscientist courtesy of a 1992 brain injury, and wrote a popular blog on medical Marijuana & CBD oil in 2014-15. That was before it became legal in many states, and before gummies. I'm giving it a fresh new look today. And am interested in Cheef's product line.
