I was scared at first because I didn’t know what to expect . I only ate a little piece and had some very deep relaxing sleep with good dreams . I felt so good and insightful the next day . I will be getting more once I run out . I liked how the smell wasn’t so bad , other mushrooms make me gag . No after taste , no stomach upset . Just smooth sailing . Loved it
